FirstHealth of the Carolinas in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a Hospitalist to join our established inpatient team. The position offers a 7 on/7 off block schedule, a stable, collegial work environment, and access to a broad range of specialty support to deliver high-quality patient care.

Formación

• Completion of ACGME- or AOA-approved Internal Medicine residency and board certification is required.
• Clean background, ability to obtain NC licensure and NC DEA.
• AHA ACLS certification required.
• Superior clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a high acuity Hospitalist program highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Provide inpatient Hospitalist coverage for the Medical Service and participate in the in-house team.
• Collaborate with Critical Care/Intensivists, Neurology, Pediatrics, and Geriatrics for patient care.
• Desirable 7 on/7 off block schedule – 180 shifts per year to support work‑life balance.

• Practice at our flagship campus, FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, a 402-bed acute care regional referral center in Pinehurst, NC.
• Join a stable, established in‑house Hospitalist program with a strong core group of physicians, excellent retention, and a collegial team environment.
• Collaborative inpatient services include Hospital Medicine, Critical Care/Intensivists, Neurology, Pediatrics, and Geriatrics.
• Easy access to a broad range of specialty and subspecialty support, including Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Critical Care, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Pulmonary Medicine, Neurology, and more.
