Qualifikationen

• Associate's in Nursing is required; RN licensure expected.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ hospital experience and recruitment/healthcare sourcing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborates with hiring managers to reconcile headcount, requisitions and budget.
• Makes hiring decisions to increase the pipeline of healthcare workers.
• Collects and analyzes data on recruitment, retention, speed, and quality of hire.
• Builds relationships with local schools, faculty and students to promote workforce.
• Plans and executes hiring events with Talent Acquisition and community partners.
