Job summary

Jackson Physician Search in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a motivated Physician Recruiter to partner with healthcare organizations, leading physician and advanced practice provider searches and connecting clinical talent with communities in need.

You will leverage sourcing tools and build relationships with physicians and executives, while traveling 15-25% to conduct onsite client profiles and meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or higher.
• 1–2 years of recruiting experience required; more experienced recruiters welcome.
• Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and developing sourcing, recruiting, and negotiation skills.
• Able to build relationships with physicians, AP professionals and healthcare executives.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare leaders to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Make outbound calls to physicians and advanced practice providers to source and engage qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail and prompt follow-up.
• Update internal databases with recruitment activity.
• Oversee credentials and availability of provider candidates.
• Achieve productivity goals and performance metrics.
• Travel overnight to conduct onsite client profiles (15-25% annually).
