Job summary

Jackson Physician Search in Alpharetta seeks an entry-level Research Consultant to help source and engage physicians and advanced practice providers. You will conduct phone screens, manage candidate credentials, and build strong relationships with clients under structured training and mentorship.

You’ll travel 10–15% annually and work in a collaborative, high-performing culture that rewards initiative and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in sales, recruiting, or relationship roles preferred.
• Ability to make high-volume outbound calls and source candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with attention to detail.
• Experience building relationships with physicians and healthcare executives.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to physicians and APPs to source candidates.
• Conduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail.
• Update internal databases with recruitment activity.
• Oversee credentials and availability of candidate providers.
• Meet productivity goals and performance metrics.
• Travel overnight for client profiles 10–15% annually.
