Responsibilities

• Match providers with facilities based on qualifications, culture fit, career aspirations and other important factors.
• Consult clients on market compensation and staffing to attract candidates.
• Create and update compelling job advertisements regularly.
• Meet with clients in person to gather information on searches for clients and team members.
• Source viable candidates by contacting providers and conducting screenings.
• Provide mentorship and collaborate with clients to deliver high‑quality interview itineraries and travel arrangements.
