This position provides hands‑on experience in candidate sourcing, outreach, and relationship‑building, supported by structured training, ongoing coaching, and close mentorship to build the skills needed for long‑term success in physician recruiting.

Essential Functions & Basic Duties

• Call providers to proactively source viable candidates.
• Conduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail and prompt follow up.
• Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment‑related activity.
• Create effective job advertisements for open opportunities.
• Achieve productivity goals and metrics.
• Oversee and manage the credentials and availability of provider candidates.

• Strong organizational and computer skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM proficiency a plus.

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

• 10-15% travel required per year
• This position is full‑time (40 hours per week).
• Responsibilities may require adjustment to work schedule, such as evenings/weekend hours to meet productivity goals as needed.
• Regular presence in office is required.
• A hybrid work schedule is available, requiring a minimum of 4 days in the office, possibly more depending on performance per company policy.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to operate a computer, phone, and standard office equipment on a continual basis.
• Ability to communicate effectively and accurately (verbal and written) for extended periods, including frequent phone and video communication.
• Ability to review and analyze information on a computer screen (e.g., emails, reports, presentations) for prolonged periods during the workday.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements, such as typing and data entry.
• Ability to maintain sustained concentration and attention to detail in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Ability to occasionally move about the office to access files, attend meetings, or collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work in a standard office environment with typical noise levels and visual distractions.
