Jackson Physician Search is seeking a highly motivated Physician Recruiter to join our Chesterfield team. In this role, you’ll consultatively partner with clients to identify and place top-tier physician and advanced practice provider candidates by utilizing JPS’s innovative sourcing tools and resources. This role blends the excitement of sales with the fulfillment of recruiting, paving the way for a career filled with uncapped earnings, personal and professional growth, and making a meaningful impact on clients’ communities.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner consultatively with healthcare leaders to understand staffing needs and lead successful search engagements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and recruitment updates
• Source, screen, and qualify physician and advanced practice candidates through targeted outreach and creative sourcing strategies
• Develop compelling job advertisements that attract top talent
• Manage candidate credentials, availability, and engagement throughout the recruitment process
• Travel overnight, 10-20% annually, to conduct onsite client visits

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience required; physician/healthcare recruitment experience preferred
• Retained staffing firm experience preferred
• Proven success in client-facing roles, requiring strategic communication and relationship management
