Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of healthcare consulting or related roles.
• Experience analyzing physician and APP compensation models, productivity metrics, and market benchmarking.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider compensation and productivity engagements for hospitals and health systems.
• Advise executive and physician leadership on compensation strategy and plan design.
• Evaluate compensation structures, market benchmarks, productivity metrics, and incentive programs.
• Develop and implement compensation plans aligning goals with regulations and market trends.
• Conduct analyses on provider productivity, benchmark data, plan design, and workforce planning.
• Manage multiple engagements with planning, budgeting, and client communications.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and boards.
• Develop proposals and thought leadership to support growth.
• Mentor consultants and collaborate across service lines.
