Job summary

Penn State Health is seeking a Provider Compensation Analyst to develop and maintain competitive compensation programs for physicians and advanced practice providers. You will collaborate with finance, HR, and leadership to ensure equitable, compliant compensation practices across the health system.

The role includes planning, evaluating, and managing the provider compensation program and leading the annual strategic planning cycle to align with system-wide standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years' experience in Compensation/Finance.
• Knowledge of provider compensation structures preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations (FLSA, Stark Laws, AKS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain provider compensation strategies for physicians and APPs.
• Collaborate with leadership, finance, and HR to ensure equitable compensation practices.
• Plan, manage, and evaluate the provider compensation program for the Health System.
• Lead the annual strategic planning process for provider compensation.
