You will advise physician leaders, boards, and executives on strategy and compensation design while growing key client relationships.

The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple engagements, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, business, economics, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• 50% travel as needed by business needs.
• Experience in healthcare consulting or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engagement leader and primary client relationship manager for physician services engagements.
• Lead physician compensation design, FMV engagements, and provider alignment initiatives.
• Advise physician executives and boards on enterprise strategy, compensation design, and regulatory matters.
• Develop and expand client relationships and identify opportunities for broader firm services.
• Oversee analyses, FMV assessments, compensation models, and strategic recommendations.
