Fairview Health Services seeks a senior consultant to advise senior management and physician/APRN/PA leadership on provider total rewards policies and programs. You will work with HR, finance and legal to set strategic direction, design, implement and communicate total rewards plans for physicians and advanced practice providers.
Responsibilities include market analysis, compensation modeling, plan administration and governance support.
This role serves as a consultant to senior management and physician/APRN/PA leadership regarding provider total reward policies and programs. Works closely with human resources, provider compensation leadership, finance and legal to set strategic direction, compensation design, planning, implementation and communication of physician/APRN/PA total rewards plans. Educates and answers questions regarding changes physician APRN/PA total rewards methodologies and/or regulations. Responsible for analysis, administration and oversight of all approved plans.

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
