Job summary

Spooner-Incorporated is seeking a patient-focused team member to assist physical therapists and support patients in rehabilitation. You will help with activities of daily living, learn therapeutic techniques, and contribute to a positive clinic experience in a growth-minded environment.

We offer a 6-month onboarding and ongoing professional development. A high school diploma is required, and relevant coursework in kinesiology or exercise science is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a degree in kinesiology, biology, or exercise science preferred.
• Prior experience or knowledge as a physical therapy technician is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with designated patient-care tasks to ensure safety and outcomes.
• Instruct and support patients to learn and perform functional activities.
• Observe patients during exercises, document responses, and communicate progress to therapists.
