Responsibilities

• Reviews providers schedules to fill open appointment times.
• Collects Copays and for Self-pay services (e.g., dry needling, DME).
• Schedule post-op patients and manage the wait list.
• Updates patient demographics and maintains HIPAA confidentiality.
• Supports department initiatives to improve the patient experience.
