Job summary

Lionstone Therapy seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support licensed PTs in delivering resident-focused therapy within our facility in Blue Ash, Ohio. You will assist with evaluations, plan of care, and home program instructions, while participating in care conferences and discharge planning.

Responsibilities include facilitating telehealth sessions, maintaining accurate documentation and billing, and ensuring safety and infection control in daily therapy activities.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Active Ohio license to practice as a PTA.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in planning and directing therapy activities.
• Provide telehealth services and complete required evaluations and notes.
• Maintain documentation and ensure correct coding and billing.
• Participate in care conferences and discharge planning.
• Prepare residents for treatment and supervise therapy sessions.
