PACS Group seeks aStaff Physical Therapist Assistant to support the supervising Physical Therapist in providing resident-focused care. The role involves documentation, infection control, and collaboration with nursing and therapy teams to monitor progress and plan discharges.

Responsibilities include educating residents and families on exercises and safety, assisting with durable medical equipment orders, and participating in rehabilitation meetings. Must maintain licensure and CPR as required.

Formación

• Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• CPR certification, if required by licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Treat residents under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home programs.
• Assist in discharge planning and coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to quality assurance and rehab program development.
