PACS is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist Assistant to support the Physical Therapist with resident care and related activities. The role focuses on delivering safe, effective treatment and maintaining compliant documentation in a care facility.

The PTA will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, and assist in training Restorative Aides while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state (required).
• Ability to input data into Net Health and Point Click Care systems.

Aufgaben

• Treat residents as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with facility and payer requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Assist with training Restorative Aides and communicate progress to the team.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
