PACS is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist Assistant to support the Physical Therapist in a WA facility. This full-time role focuses on resident care, documentation, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualified candidates hold an associate PTA degree and a current state license. Nursing and rehab teams rely on effective communication, training, and collaboration to achieve patient goals and successful discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Licensed as a PTA in the state.
• CPR certification may be required by licensure.

Responsabilités

• Treat residents as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in line with regulations.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and infection control practices.
• Assist in training Restorative Aides as needed.
• Communicate progress and discharge planning with the team.
