Symbria is offering a per diem (PRN) opportunity for a Physical Therapist Assistant in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. You will closely collaborate with Physical Therapists to establish treatment goals and ensure documentation accuracy. Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Several of our Lancaster Senior Communities has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available.

Symbria requires PRN coverage at several of our top‑rated senior communities (SNF/LTC/CCRCs), including:

• Brethren Village, Lancaster
• Landis Homes and United Zion, Lititz
• Fairmount Homes, Ephrata
• Garden Spot Village, New Holland
• Maple Farms, Akron

Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
