Symbria's Rehab Team at EverTrue Lutheran Hillside Village in Peoria, IL is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). We value weekday and weekend availability to support our geriatric residents in a post-acute setting.

As an ESOP‑owned employer, we emphasize teamwork, mentorship, and hands‑on experience. You will collaborate with a Physical Therapist, contribute to treatment planning, and ensure thorough documentation while helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Hold a valid state PTA license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Experience in acute/long-term care is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Physical Therapist to establish goals and execute treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
