Job summary

Symbria is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a per diem role at Mansion Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Central Falls, RI. The PTA will collaborate with Physical Therapists to create and implement treatment plans, ensure productivity, and maintain patient records. Candidates should be graduates of accredited PTA programs with valid licenses, and at least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. Overview

Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Mansion Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Central Falls, RI has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• At least 1 year of acute care, long‑term care and/or rehabilitation experience.
• Experience with Nethealth – a plus!
