Symbria is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join the Rehab Team at Trinity Community at Beavercreek in Beavercreek, OH. You will collaborate with the Physical Therapist to set goals and execute treatment plans for older adults in senior-living and post-acute settings.

As a member of an interdisciplinary team, you will maintain productivity and complete required documentation while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Competenze

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation is a plus, but not required.

Are you a Physical Therapy Assitant (PTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Trinity Community at Beavercreek in Beavercreek, OH is seeking its next PRN employee-owner team member.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
