Symbria is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to support geriatric residents in Illinois. You will work with a Physical Therapist to set goals and carry out treatment plans in a rehab setting, focusing on older adults in senior-living and post-acute care.

This per-diem position requires weekend availability and maintains productivity standards with thorough documentation. New grads are welcome; the company provides mentorship and hands-on growth opportunities within a 100% employee-owned

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish goals and execute treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
