Job summary

Symbria’s Rehab Team at University Place in West Lafayette, IN seeks a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support an interdisciplinary team and advance care for older adults in senior-living and post-acute settings.

You will work with the Physical Therapist to execute treatment plans, maintain documentation, and uphold productivity standards while helping patients reach meaningful outcomes and strengthen community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute/long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at University Place in West Lafayette, IN has a PRN opportunity available. Weekday coverage needed!

Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
