Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled therapeutic intervention and services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Follows all facility regulations including compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA.
• Adheres to scheduled hours and conducts self in a professional manner at all times.
• Provides documentation of patient’s condition, and provides caregiver/patient education as appropriate.
• Regularly discusses patient progress with supervising Physical Therapist and communicates concerns.
• Ensures safe treatment practices and monitors patient engagement and responses to treatment, modifies as necessary.
