Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in providing care to patients.
• Record residents' responses to treatment and report outcomes to the PT.
• Deliver personalized care to elderly residents.
• Treat residents according to the care plan after initial PT evaluation to establish goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
