Job summary

Serenity-Therapy-Solutions-LL in the Bronx, NY, seeks a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility rehabilitation team. You will provide skilled therapies under a licensed Physical Therapist and contribute to delivering high-quality care and functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid New York PTA license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Rehab Optima / Net Health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Deliver treatments in accordance with established care plans and clinical guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and patient confidentiality requirements.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate regularly with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient progress and treatment updates.
• Educate patients and caregivers as appropriate to support functional improvement and safety.
• Ensure safe and effective treatment practices while monitoring patient response and engagement.
