Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility team. The ideal candidate will support therapists in designing and delivering mobility-improving interventions for geriatric residents.

Applicants must hold a PTA license in the practicing state and be able to assess and treat independently, with a passion for enhancing residents' quality of life. Monday–Friday, competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess a PTA license in the practicing state.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
