Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric-focused team. The PTA will assist the supervising PT in mobility, pain relief, and functional activities to improve residents’ experiences in a skilled nursing setting.

Candidate must hold a PTA license in the state of practice, with SNF experience preferred and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold licensure as a PTA in the state of practice.
• SNF experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility and reduce pain in a skilled nursing facility.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
