Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Brentwood, TN is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. The role supports the PT in therapies aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and promoting residents' fitness and overall well-being.

Candidates must hold a state-licensed PTA, enjoy working with geriatric populations, and be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision in a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold PTA license in the state of practice.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
