Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee seeks a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. The role supports the PT in designing and implementing therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain for geriatric residents.

Candidates should hold a state license, be able to evaluate and treat independently, and share our commitment to resident wellness. Monday–Friday schedule and competitive benefits are offered.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• SNF experience preferred but not required
