Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Ashland City, TN, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant. You will support the PT by delivering mobility and therapy sessions in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on geriatric patients.

Monday through Friday workweek, with independent evaluation and treatment expectations. Applicants must possess a Tennessee PTA license and demonstrate a commitment to resident wellness, pain relief, and functional improvement in a team-oriented

• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to evaluate and treat independently.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
