Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Anatomy & Kinesiology.
• Knowledge of the equipment used in therapy work.
• Ability to observe, evaluate, and record conditions in patients.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to create and maintain records and write brief reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a scribe for recording and editing therapeutic exercises under supervision.
• Prepare heat/ice packs, assist pool activities, and guide exercises.
• Maintain treatment equipment and report malfunctions.
• Educate patients on proper equipment use and exercises.
• Welcome and help prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Answer questions and provide information to patients.
• Keep patient information confidential and maintain safety.
• Prepare treatment rooms and deliver supplies to the area.
• Assist with front desk duties and scheduling as needed.
• Manage inventory and orders for therapy supplies.
