ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. You will greet patients, assist clinicians, prepare treatment areas, and support patients with exercises while gaining hands-on healthcare skills.

The role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy, with a focus on patient-centered care and a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointment time.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake to ensure efficiency.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
