Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide in San Diego, CA to support therapists and deliver excellent patient experiences. The role emphasizes patient comfort, accurate records, and smooth clinic operations.

You will assist with therapy prep, front-office tasks, and daily equipment upkeep while upholding compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (healthcare training is a plus).
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Provide patient-focused customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth visit.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with tasks during downtime (phone, scanning, scheduling, payments, filing).
• Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment; daily cleaning and stocking.
