• Assist patients transitioning to therapy areas and ensure comfort and safety.
• Support therapists and maintain clinic culture with positive service.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per instructions.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing.
• Assist front office tasks when downtime occurs (phone, scans, scheduling).
• Aid therapists during therapy sessions with materials and exercises.
• Keep therapy areas clean and organized; perform daily cleaning and stocking.
