Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare training is a plus.
• Prior healthcare setting experience preferred for a Physical Therapy Aide.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Provide customer service and support to create a positive clinic experience.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office tasks when downtime occurs (phone, scheduling, scanning, payments, filing).
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment; perform daily cleaning and stocking.
