Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists, assist patients, and help maintain orderly therapy spaces. You will handle equipment prep, patient flow, and front-office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma and strong communication, teamwork, and compassionate patient care. Healthcare exposure is a plus, and PRN offers a supportive team culture and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare experience or training is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Help create a positive work environment and clinic culture by ensuring patient needs are taken care of during transitional periods of therapy.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with front office tasks when down time occurs including but not limited to: answering the phone, scanning documents into charts, scheduling patients, taking over the counter payments, filing, faxing, etc.
• Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment. Daily equipment cleaning, cleaning tables, laundry, stocking supplies.
