Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support patients and therapists within the Spine & Sport Physical Therapy brand. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth patient experience.

You will assist with transitions to therapy areas, prepare equipment, manage records, schedule appointments, and help front office tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare experience or training is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients transitioning to therapy areas ensuring comfort and safety.
• Support front office tasks during downtime: answer phones, scan documents, schedule patients, process payments.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records and schedule appointments; assist with billing procedures.
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment; perform daily equipment cleaning and supplies stocking.
