Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to join our clinic team in California. You’ll provide compassionate patient support, assist therapists, and handle essential front desk and administrative duties to keep care flowing smoothly.

In this role, you’ll help transition patients to therapy areas, prepare equipment, maintain records, and contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and efficiency. PRN values growth and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare experience or training is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team.

Aufgaben

• Assist patients during transitions to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas as directed by therapists.
• Maintain patient records and assist with scheduling and billing tasks.
• Support front office tasks during downtime (phone, documents, scheduling, payments).
• Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment.
