• Assist patients transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Support clinic culture by meeting patient needs during transitions.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing.
• Assist front office with downtime tasks: calls, scanning, scheduling, payments, filing.
• Aid therapists by providing materials and guiding exercises.
