Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. You will support therapists, help with patient check-in, and prepare treatment areas, gaining hands-on healthcare experience.

Qualifications

High School diploma required and 18+ years old.
Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
Preferred certifications or coursework in health services, exercise science, or kinesiology.

Responsibilities

Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
Promote efficient patient intake and scheduling, assisting clinicians with timely coordination.
Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits and complete forms.
Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment.
Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
