ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care. You will be involved in greeting patients, onboarding, preparing treatment spaces, and assisting therapists with exercises and setup. Training and mentorship are provided to support career growth.

You will support patient intake, scheduling, and progress monitoring while contributing to a welcoming clinical environment with a focus on patient recovery and safety.

Formación

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, scheduling, and on-boarding of new patients.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, and help set up/adjust exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and follow prescribed home exercise programs.

Conocimientos

Healthcare experience

Customer service experience

Educación

High School diploma

Healthcare/ Exercise Science/ Kinesiology background

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification
