ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a friendly Physical Therapy Aide to support patients and clinicians in a collaborative care environment.

You will gain hands-on training, assist with patient check-in, setup, and prepare treatment areas while learning how therapists design and monitor treatment plans. This entry-level role emphasizes patient interaction, equipment prep, and routine tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred: healthcare experience in PT/PTA, medical assistant, hospital, chiropractic, fitness.
• Preferred: Certified Personal Trainer or studies in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check-in process and throughout their appointment time.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.
