ATI Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide in Traverse City, MI. You will support clinicians by handling patient check-ins, preparing treatment rooms, and assisting patients with prescribed exercises.

This entry‑level role offers hands‑on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy practices. You should have a high school diploma, be 18+, and bring healthcare or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required.
• Preferred: experience in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake to promote efficiency.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and set up exercise equipment for therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs as prescribed.
