ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to support patients and clinicians in a collaborative care setting. You will assist with daily check-ins, intake, equipment setup, and documentation, while contributing to a positive patient experience.

The role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy practices, with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) match, childcare assistance, and wellness

Qualifications

• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients both by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up exercise equipment, and monitor progress.
• Support home exercise programs and on-going therapy activities.
