ATI Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy practices while supporting therapists and patients in their recovery.

The role emphasizes patient interaction, preparing treatment spaces, and assisting with exercises and home programs, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointment times.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and set up/adjust exercise equipment.
• Support therapist and monitor patient progress; provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
