Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, scheduling, and benefit verification.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, and complete medical forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, and set up exercise equipment for therapies.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs.
