Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during check‑in and throughout appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling with clinicians.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support prescribed home exercise programs.
