You will greet patients, assist with exercise programs, set up modalities, and help maintain clean, organized spaces while supporting the front desk and protecting patient privacy.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
• Ability to work collaboratively with therapists and front desk staff.
• Ability to take initiative to identify needs in the clinic.
• Must remain on your feet and perform routine clinic activities.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Reliable attendance with daytime availability preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients and escort them to treatment areas with staff member.
• Guide patients through exercise programs as directed by the therapist.
• Set up and remove modalities such as heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, and Normatec as directed by the therapist.
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and rooms between patients.
• Keep the clinic stocked and organized (laundry, restocking supplies).
• Anticipate therapists and patient needs and assist where needed.
• Support the front desk and other clinic team members during downtime.
• Uphold HIPAA standards in every interaction.
