Confluent Health, LLC is seeking a Part Time PT Technician in Round Rock, TX to support licensed physical therapists, greet patients, guide them through exercises, and help set up modalities. You’ll play a key role in keeping the clinic running smoothly.

This fast-paced, hands-on role offers direct patient interaction and plenty of opportunity to learn about physical therapy or healthcare while ensuring privacy and HIPAA compliance. Compensation is $12.00–$14.00 per hour, Schedule: Part Time.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists and carry out patient support activities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with therapists, front office staff, and other clinic team members.
• Ability to take initiative and identify clinic, patient, and team needs within the role.
• Reliable attendance and daytime availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and bring them to treatment areas, ensuring they have a staff member with them.
• Guide patients through exercise programs as directed by the treating therapist.
• Set up and take down modalities such as heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, and Normatec as directed by the therapist.
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and rooms between patients.
• Keep the clinic stocked and organized, including laundry and restocking supplies.
• Anticipate the needs of therapists and patients and assist where needed.
• Support the front desk and other members of the clinic team during downtime.
• Protect patient privacy and uphold HIPAA standards in every interaction.
